DELIVERY/PICKUP

COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
Because I am a small business, i do not always have consistent business hours or pickup/delivery times. If you are able, I would highly suggest reaching out ahead of time to my business email or Social Media to ensure that i would be able to prepare your order within the appropriate time frame, and that we could work out any details ahead of time! I want to give you everything you wish when it comes to french pastries so please reach out with all inquiries, communication is so helpful for both you and me! Thank You
PROPER STORAGE

MACARONS
Daisy Lady Macarons are kept freshest when stored in the fridge! They can Last up to one week in the fridge while still maintaining their peak flavors and textures.
They can also sit out for about a day; if you happen to be having an event there's no need to worry about them sitting out on display.

Good things are worth waiting for! After pulling your macarons out of the fridge, i recommend waiting around 30 minutes before enjoying. The natural state of the almond cookie can dry out a bit in the cold so waiting 15-30 minutes before enjoying ensures that your macarons will be less fragile or prone to crack or crumble.
MADELEINES
I prefer to leave my madeleines out on the counter, they stay soft and fresh, again, for up to a week, but of course are best the sooner you enjoy them. For madeleines without a chocolate coating, you could heat them up in the microwave or oven for a very small amount of time, however, i think they are perfect when eaten straight from the box or with a cup of coffee.

One other thing to note about madeleines - is that a good madeleine should be somewhat moist and can sometimes lightly stick to the packaging or another madeleine, this of course is only aesthetic but is something to be aware of in case you do notice this.

bon Appetit!
